Wolf Lake Trail is a 6.9–mile long, lightly trafficked, out-and-back located near Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The trail is primarily used by hikers and is best used any time of the day from May until September. The Wolf Lake Trail is rated beginner in terms of difficulty due to its elevation gain of 748 feet. The trail is family-friendly, kids included, but dogs are not allowed. The trail is home to a beautiful view of wildlife, wildflowers and the stunning Wolf Lake. The wolf Lake Trail does not provide fresh drinking water, so be sure to bring some.
