Located near Issaquah in Washington, the Whiskey Still Trail is a 4.66-mile loop trail. Because of its gradual terrain, the Whiskey Still Trail is suitable for children and inexperienced hikers. A lightly trafficked trail, the Whiskey Still Trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and horse riding. Red alders are a common sight on this hike - and so are bugs, so remember your bug spray! A bigger section of the Whiskey Still Trail tends to become quite muddy during the rainy season, hence rubber shoes will quite handy. Dogs on leash are allowed on the trail. If hikers run out of the water, there are plenty of rivers, streams and lakes that hikers can get to filter the water. No fee/permit is needed to access the whiskey Still Trail.
