The Old Wagon Pacific Crest Trail is a 9-mile, moderately trafficked, out-and-back trail, located in Stehekin, Washington. Being a seasonal trail, the Old Wagon Trail is best used from March to October. Mostly used for nature trips, hiking, and walking, the Old Wagon (Pacific Crest) Trail is the perfect destination for individuals with intermediate hiking skills. Old cedar trees and fireweed dominate a bigger section of this trail. Woodpeckers, hummingbirds and fireweed are also quite common on the old Wagon Pacific Crest trail. Dogs are allowed on the Pacific Crest Trail, however, they should be on leash. While drinking water may be obtained from this trail, hikers should ensure that they treat the water first before consumption. To camp overnight, hikers should obtain a backcountry camping permit.
