Elwha River Trail is a 25.7-mile, moderately trafficked, point-to-point trail. This trail is a great hike cutting through Olympic National Park north to south. Elwha River path is suitable for backpacking, hiking, camping, and walking activities. Elwha River is accessible all year round. This track is suitable for families with older kids, but dogs are not allowed. Elwha River has an elevation gain of 6,115 and is rated as moderate. Elwha River trail is featured with unique views of Lillian River, Lake Margaret, Mary’s Falls, and amazing wildlife. There are lots of water on this trail so carry water treatment.
