The Bridge Creek Trail is a 13.9-mile point-to-point trail located near the small town of Stehekin in Washington State. A multi-use trail, the Bridge Creek Trail offers trekkers a wide range of opportunities such as hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and snowshoeing. Because of its smooth terrains and near even surface, the Bridge Creek Trail is suitable for beginners. An ideal destination for nature lovers, the Bridge Creek Trail features a river, wild berries, and flowers such as chocolate lilies, ponderosa pine and Douglas Fir as well as an assortment of wild animals such as weasels, pikas and marmots. To camp on this trail requires a backcountry permit, while to hike on this trail a recreation pass is needed. Anyone planning to camp should first stop by the ranger’s office at the trailhead to get one. While dogs are not allowed on this trail, horses can use this trail.
