The Voodoo Trail connects twice to the Voodoo Loop, which is a much harder trail. When the reservoir is full the water is high, which closes the trail at times. If Rock Creek, which must be crossed, gets flooded, you can take the other alternate detour trail.

The trail drops quickly from either side and you are right on the edge of the cliffs that hang over the Pueblo Reservoir. It's a beautiful view from the top of the cliffs looking over the large reservoir of water. The trail has many up and down hills that can be difficult at times since you are very close to the edge of some cliffs along the trail.
