Located within the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, the Talus Bridge Trail is a 0.66-mile, out-and-back trail. A moderately trafficked trail, the Talus Bridge Trail is mostly used for bird watching, hiking, nature walks and walking. Because of its gradual terrain, the Talus Bridge Trail is suitable for children and inexperienced hikers. Being a seasonal trail, the Talus Bridge Trail is best used from April to September. Ferns and ciders dominate a bigger section of the trail, while Hikers will get to enjoy scenic views of the streams and the Bear Ridge from some sections of the trail. While dogs can access the Talus Bridge Trail, they should always be on a leash. Hikers should remember to carry drinking water when visiting the trail.
