The Table Rock Trail is a 1.2-mile, loop trail located near the Parlous and Blue Mountains, Eastern Washington. An easy hike, the Table Rock Trail is mostly used for walking, running, hiking, bird viewing and nature walks. Since this is a seasonal trail, the Table Rock Trail is best used from June to September. Ferns and pines are quite common on this trail. At the highest sections of the trail, hikers will get to enjoy beautiful vistas including the Mill Creek Watershed, Walla Walla Valley, City of Walla Walla, Mount Rainer, Seven Devil Mountains of Idaho, and the Wallowa Mountains of Oregon. It is important to point out that hikers cannot access the Mill Creek Watershed. While dogs can access this trail, they should always be on a leash. When visiting the Table Rock Trail, hikers should always carry plenty of drinking water.
