Stratheden Path is a well maintained, 2-mile, moderately trafficked, out-and-back trail located near Bar Harbor, Maine. With a relatively low elevation gain of only 131 feet, and mostly level, this path is rated beginner. The Stratheden Path is good for cross-country skiing, hiking, nature trips, walking, and running. It is accessible any time of the day year-round by the entire family, kids included. Dogs too are allowed on the Stratheden Path, but they must be kept on leash. The Stratheden Path rewards its users with views of stunning wildflowers, forest and wildlife.
