South Shore Josephine Lake Trail is a moderately trafficked, 3.3-mile-long, point-to-point trail. Hikers using the trail, enjoy the beautiful views of the forest as well as its serenity. South Shore Josephine Lake Trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and nature trips. The trail is rated easy in terms of difficulty with an elevation gain of 35 feet. It takes less than two hours to cover the trail. It's a family-friendly trail though no dogs are allowed. There is available parking and restrooms, but you might have to carry your own drinking water.
