The Saco River Trail is a loop type of trail located in Crawford Notch State, New Hampshire in the United States. The 3.6-mile path is a moderately trafficked trail that people use for walking, nature tours, hiking and bird watching. The forest in Saco River Trail provides the hikers with serene and peaceful environment away from home. Sao River Trail has an elevation gain of just 42.65 feet, making the trail a good one for kids or beginners. The Saco River Trail is family-friendly, and hikers are allowed to bring their dogs and pets as long as they are on a leash. There are toilets on the trail and an ample parking space. The path is open from Spring through Summer. Saco River Trail does not provide fresh drinking water to hikers.
