Located within the Riverside State Park, Eastern Washington, the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Trail is a 2.1-mile, loop trail. Accessible throughout the year, the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Trail is mostly used for hiking, nature walks, camping and bird watching. Because of its gradual terrain, the trail is suitable for children and inexperienced hikers. Ferns and buttercups are quite common on the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher trail. To access the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Trail, hikers will have to obtain a Discover Pass. While dogs can access the trail, they should always be on a leash. From the highest sections of the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Trail, hikers will get to enjoy immersive views of Spokane River. Hikers should always carry plenty of drinking water.
