The Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Snowshoe is a 6-mile loop trail located within the Riverside State Park. Accessible throughout the year, the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Snowshoe is best used for hiking and trail runs. Pine trees and almonds are quite common along the trail. Since a bigger section of the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Snowshoe trail is covered in ice, microspikes will come in handy. Hikers will pass through Centennial Trail near a plateau and then cross the magnificent Spokane River. From the highest point of the trail, hikers will get to enjoy an expansive view of the Spokane River. A discover pass is needed when visiting the Riverside State Park-Bowl and Pitcher Snowshoe trail. Dogs on leash are allowed in the trail. Hikers should always carry water when visiting the trail.
