The Rainier View Trail is a 2.4-mile, out-and-back trail located within the Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest near Paradise Inn. A moderately trafficked trail, the Rainier View Trail is mainly used for running, nature walks, hiking and bird watching. Being a seasonal trail, it is best used from June to November. Lilies and roses dominate a bigger section of the trail, while common wildlife includes marmots and goats. At the highest sections of the Rainier view trail, hikers will get to enjoy scenic views of the Castle Mountain and Mount Rainier. While dogs are allowed on the trail, they should always be on a leash. Hikers should carry plenty of water when hiking the Rainier View Trail.
