Located in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, the Power Line Trail is an isolated out-and-back track with a distance of 5.24 miles. The trail is paved and accessible all year-round from dusk to dawn but best for hiking between March to November. The spectacular view offered at the trail are Jarett Nature Centre, Luken Park, Deep Meadow Park and Lake Tahoe. The Power Line Trail is ranked moderate in terms of difficulty due to its elevation gain of 308 feet. Power Line trail is ideal for cycling, line skating, jogging, nature walking and horse riding. The Power Line Trail is family appropriate with playgrounds as pets are allowed leashed or unleashed but caution should be taken when crossing roads. The track begins at Blair Mill Road, proceeds through the forest ending at the Emerald Bay. Water sources are not available on the trail so hikers and bikers are advised to carry theirs.
