The North Lake Trail is a 10.3-mile out-and-back trail located within the Okanagan-Wenatchee National Forest. A seasonal trail, it is best used from July to October. Mostly used for walking, nature trips, bird watching and hiking, the North Lake Trail is the perfect destination for nature lovers. At the highest sections of the trail, hikers will be rewarded with breathtaking views including the Abernathy peak, Reynolds Peak, and North Creek Valley. While dogs can access this trail, they should always be on a leash. Drinking water is available on this trail, however, hikers should always ensure that they treat the water first before consumption. To access the North Lake Trail, hikers will provide a Northwest Forest Pass at the trailhead.
