The Nolte State Park Trail is a 1.4-mile, loop trail that is located within the Mount Rainier Area near Enumclaw, Washington. A heavily trafficked trail, the Nolte State Park Trail is mainly used for fishing, biking, swimming, boating, hiking, walking, and running. Accessible throughout the year, the Nolte State Park Trail is home to a variety of plant species such as buttercups, geranium and twin flowers. Rattlesnakes and bears can be spotted along the trail. From the highest sections of the trail, hikers will get to enjoy breathtaking views of the Green River Gorge and the Deep Lake. Hikers pass through the Nolte State Park on their way to the trail. While dogs are allowed on the trail, they should always be kept on leash. A Discover Pass is needed to access the Nolte State Park Trail.
