The lost lake trail is a 13.8-mile out-and-back trail. Hikers using this trail, enjoy the beautiful view of the forest, waterfalls, lake, wildlife, and wildflowers. Apart from hiking, one can engage in nature trips, walking, bird watching, running, and mountain biking. The trail is moderately trafficked and allows leashed dogs. In terms of difficulty, it is rated moderate due to its elevation gain of 2,631 feet. It is ideal for use between May to September. The Lost trail is also family-friendly; hence you can carry your kids as you go for a nature walk or any other activity. It could take one and a half hours to cover the trail. There are restrooms, and water is also available.
