Jesup Path is a 2.2-mile, moderately trafficked, out-and-back trail located near Bar Harbor, Maine. Rated appropriate for beginners, this trail an elevation gain of just 78 feet. The Jesup Path is a flat, mostly boardwalk path, good for people of all ages including kids, and also ADA accessible. Dogs are also allowed on the Jesup Path provided they are kept on leash. Jesup Path is available for use any time of the day, best used from March until November. The path is used for hiking, nature trips, walking, bird watching, and running. Jesup Path features beautiful wildflowers, forest and wildlife, and ends at the Tarn, a roadside pond. There is parking space at the trailhead complete with bathrooms.
