Located in Maple Falls, Washington, the Huntoon Point Snowshoe Trail is a 6-mile moderately trafficked loop trail. A seasonal trail, the Huntoon Point Snowshoe Trail is best used from July to September. On top of that, the Huntoon Point Snowshoe Trail is mostly used for walking, nature trips and bird watching. Leashed dogs are allowed on this trail. Hiking on the Huntoon Point Snowshoe Trail presents hikers with the opportunity of enjoying scenic views of Mount Ranier and the snow-covered high meadows. While the trail offers a favorable terrain; hikers should be aware of snowy/slippery conditions. Backpacking is allowed on the trail, and no charges are asked to access the premises.
