Homans Path is a 1.4-mile, moderately trafficked, loop trail in Acadia National Park, Maine. It is one of the memorial paths of Mount Desert Island, and it is used mainly for walking, and hiking. Homan Path is rated intermediate with an elevation gain of 485 feet. The path is not recommended for kids, however, due to its rocky nature. Dogs are allowed on the trail, but they must be kept on leash. Homan Path features a great forest setting and opens up to stunning views of meadows and the Porcupine Islands beyond.
