The Holder’s Knob trail is a 3.28-mile, loop trail located within the Issaquah Alps. Accessible throughout the year, hikers do not have to pay any fee to access the trail. While hiking along the Holder’s Knob Trail, hikers should expect to encounter horses and bikes along the way. It is important to point out that Holder’s Knob trail tends to be slightly overcrowded over the weekend, hence if this is a bother to people who want to visit the trail, can visit the trail on weekdays when their traffic is low. While hiking on the Holder’s Knob Trail, hikers will get to enjoy glassy meadows and the expansive lush green forest. Wild animals such as black bears and cougars are quite common along the Holder’s Knob Trail.
