A 1.1-mile point to point trail that is accessible throughout the year, the Hardy Creek Trail offers several rolling terrains and moderate steeps. Because of its gentler and less exposed nature, the Hamilton Mountain Trail is considered to be the most comfortable option to the summit of the massive Hamilton Mountain. The Hardy Creek Trail is ideal for children and inexperienced hikers. A nature lover's haven, a bigger section of the Hardy Creek Trail traverses beneath a refreshing Douglas fir and Alder forests. Occasional gaps between the tree covers offer awe-inspiring views of the nearby hillsides. Dogs are allowed on the trail; however, they should be on a leash. To access the Hamilton Mountain Trail, hikers must provide a Discovery Pass at the trailhead.
