The Grancy’s Run Trail is a 0.18-mile, point-to-point trail located within the Fort Ebey State Park. Accessible throughout the year, the Grancy’s Run Trail is mostly used for hiking, walking, running and nature walks. Pines, ivy, and ferns dominate a bigger section of the Grancy’s Run Trail. Because of its gradual terrain, the Grancy’s Run Trail is suitable for children and inexperienced hikers. While hiking on the Grancy’s Run Trail, hikers can see for brief moments the South Little Mountain Lollipop as well as the Fort Worden Historic Bunker. While the Grancy’s Run Trail begins by the road, it eventually merges with the moderately trafficked Kettles Trail. To access the Grancy’s Run Trail, hikers will have to obtain a discover pass. Dogs on leash are allowed in the trail. Hikers should always carry water when visiting the Grancy’s Run Trail and nearby trails.
