The Del Campo Peak Trail is an 11-mile, moderately trafficked, out-and-back trail located near Granite Falls, Washington. Rated difficult, the Del Campo Peak Trail is primarily used for hiking, camping, and backpacking. A seasonal trail, the Del Campo Peak Trail is best used from May to October. To access the Del Campo Peak Trail, hikers should provide a Northwest Forest Pass at the trailhead. The Del Campo Peak trail offers awe-inspiring views of Seattle, Everett, Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker and Glacier Peak. While drinking water can be obtained from the rivers and lakes, it’s important for hikers to filter the water before consumption. On top of that, Hikers should stay away from lakes and rivers with warning signs about the significant levels of arsenic. Children and dogs are not allowed on this trail.
