Overview
Located in Virginia Beach Virginia, Cape Henry trail is a moderately packed 7.5 miles trail. Cape Henry is family and dog friendly. The trail is best used between March and August. The trail offers access to activities, such as hiking, swimming, backpacking, and biking. On particularly busy days, hikers must be on the watch for mountain bikers. Cape Henry trail has a good view of the bald cypress and Spanish moss with a few wildlife like squirrels and snakes. There is a paid parking space for $10 but if you have your RIE card you can park for free.
