The Lakeside Trail is found in Antelope Island, State Park, Utah, near the Great Salt Lake. The Lakeside Trail is 9 km long and has an elevation of 69 feet. Hikers pay an entrance fee of $9 before accessing the trail. More so, hikers are allowed to hike with their dogs, while on leash, or horses. The trail has washrooms on the campgrounds for the hikers. The trail is suitable during early spring and late fall to avoid bugs that are found in the area because of the warmth. Hikers get a scenic view of the Great Salt and through the Lakeside Trail. Hikers also enjoy the view of buffalos on the end of the south side of the Lakeside Trail.
