The Bechler Meadows Trail is a 13.6-mile, moderately trafficked, loop trail. Bechler Trail is well suited for hiking, backpacking and running hence regarded as moderately difficult with an elevation of 269 feet. The scenic sight of suspension bridge at the beginning of the hike that proceeds to Bechler River, lake waterfalls and stock camps, is a great way to experience the Yellowstone National Park. Due to the presence of water on the trail, children and persons using wheelchair may experience challenges hiking thus, it is advisable to wear waterproof boots. Although Bechler Meadows trail is accessible in all seasons, hiking is best in August onwards when water levels are fun.
