The Baker View Trail is a 5-mile, out-and-back trail located within the Mount Baker National Forest near Concrete. A heavily-trafficked trail, the Baker View trail is mostly used for hiking, walking and bird viewing. Being a seasonal trail, hikers can access the Baker View Trail from March to October. Mossy trees and pines dominate a bigger section of the Baker View Trail. From the highest point of the trail, hikers will get to enjoy an expansive view of the magnificent Baker River, Cascade Mountain ranges and the Washington rainforests. Trekking poles will come in handy when hiking on the Baker View Trail. Hikers should always carry plenty of drinking water when visiting the Baker View Trail. To access the Baker View Trail, hikers will have to obtain a Northwest Forest Pass.
