The Baker Preserve trail is a 3.2-mile, out-and-back trail located within Bellingham Area. Accessible throughout the year, the Baker Preserve trail is mainly used for hiking, walking, and bird viewing. While hiking on the Baker Preserve trail, hikers may spot deers and cougars, as well as enjoy immersive views of Lummi Mountain, the Olympics, Salish Sea, Orcas Island and the San Juan Islands. Dogs are not allowed on trail. Before accessing the Baker Preserve trail, hikers will be required to sign-in at the trailhead.
