The Antoine Peak Conservation Area trail is a 9-mile loop trail located in Spokane Area, Eastern Washington. A multi-use trail, the Antoine Peak Conservation Area trail is mainly used for hiking, biking, and nature trips. On top of that, the Antoine Peak Conservation Area is home to a variety of wildlife such as deer, moose, elks, and cougars. Indigenous wild plants such as lupines, Indian Paintbrushes and balsamroot dominate a bigger section of the Antoine Peak Conservation Area trail. Pileated woodpeckers are also quite common along this trail. At the highest sections of the Antoine Peak Conservation Area trail, hikers will be rewarded with spectacular vistas of the Spokane Valley and Mountain Spokane. While dogs are allowed on the trail, they should always be kept on leash. Hikers may obtain drinking water from nearby streams; however, they should remember to treat the water first before drinking.
