The Alpine Garden, which is one of the more important natural areas, is a 3.3-mile heavily trafficked out-and-back trail located near Gorham, New Hampshire that features beautiful flowers, wildlife, and snow. With an elevation gain of 744 feet, this family-friendly trail is rated moderate and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and snowshoeing. Dogs are able to use the trail but must be on a leash. Bathrooms and parking area can be accessed at the trailhead. Remember to carry comfortable hiking shoes, food/water, trekking poles, and a camera.
