The Copper Ridge Loop Trail is a 34-mile, highly trafficked seasonal trail that’s located within the North Cascades National Park, Washington. Being a seasonal trail, the Copper Ridge Loop Trail is best used from July to October. No fee is needed to access the Copper Ridge Loop Trail, however, anyone planning to camp on the trail should collect a background camping permit from the ranger station. Because of its strenuous terrain, children and dogs are not allowed on the Copper Ridge Loop Trail. Flora such as the evergreen valley forests blending smoothly with reds, yellows and reds of the alpine vegetation such as heather, huckleberries and willows offer a breathtaking view. Water is available from the creek just outside of camp, a short distance from the trail.
