Opal Terrance Trail is a lightly trafficked 0.6-mile point-to-point trail. It is rated easy in terms of difficulty with an elevation gain of 200 feet. It features a lovely scenic view of the forest, wildflowers, hot springs, and wildlife. Hiking, camping, backpacking, bird watching, fishing, and walking are some of the activities people carry out on this trail. Opal Terrance Trail is a family-friendly trail, but does not allow dogs. Opal Terrance Trail is best accessible from March to October and has parking and restrooms available. However, visitors must carry their drinking water.
