Mount Washburn Trail is a heavily trafficked 6.8-mile out-and-back trail. It is rated moderate in terms of difficulty with an elevation gain of 1,394 feet. Mount Washburn Trail features lovely wildflowers, wildlife, and rocks. It could take around 3-6 hours to cover this trail, and no dogs are allowed. Apart from hiking, one can engage in backpacking and camping. The trail is ideal for use between June and October. Mount Washburn Trail is not family-friendly since it's a bit steep. There are an accessible parking lot and restrooms; however, you might have to carry your own drinking water.
