Howe Lake Trail is a 4.3–mile, lightly trafficked, out-and-back trail located near Coram, Montana. With an elevation gain of 433 feet, this trail is suitable for the entire family and is accessible any time of the day, all year round. The Howe Lake Trail is used for bird watching, cross-country skiing, hiking, nature trips, and snowshoeing. This trail provides beautiful views of wildflowers, the Howe Lake popular with waterfowl, river, and lush forest. Parking space is available at the trailhead but hikers should bring plenty of drinking water. Dogs are not allowed on the trail.
