A. Murray Young Path Trail is a 4.5-mile, lightly trafficked, point-to-point trail located near Bar Harbor, Maine. This trail is rated difficult with an elevation gain of 1,213 feet and is only recommended for very experienced adventurers. Dogs are only allowed on the trail if they are on leash. The A. Murray Young Path Trail features lovely woods along a stream, steep gorge walls, two memorial plaques and spectacular views of Outer Island. It is accessible any time of the day all year-round. The A. Murray Young Path Trail is used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding. There is parking space at the trailhead.
